All too often dealers are happy to take your money when they sell you a car but are reluctant to help if things go wrong with it. At The Diesel Car Company we take a different approach.

Post-Purchase Problems

Whilst we take every effort to ensure the mechanical quality of your new car, things can still go wrong from time to time. We want to be sure you're happy with your purchase so, if a fault does develop we will do everything we can to help you rectify it quickly and without fuss. The 90-day Autoguard Mechanical Breakdown Insurance policysupplied with your car will cover most situations where there is mechanical failure. Any mechanical fault that is not covered by the warranty is guaranteed by The Diesel Car Company on a sliding scale dependant upon how long you've owned the vehicle. In the first month The Diesel Car Company will cover the full cost (parts, labour and VAT) of any mechanical failure not covered by your warranty. In month 2 we will contribute up to 50% of such costs and up to 33% in the third month.
